Terms and Conditions – Made-To-Measure
§1. Definitions
Custom-made order – a product made to the customer’s individual request, in accordance with their specifications and preferences, which cannot be resold to other persons.
§2. Terms and conditions for bespoke orders
Bespoke orders are fulfilled after receipt of full prepayment or a deposit, the amount of which will be specified in the order confirmation.
The customer is required to provide accurate measurements and all details regarding the product.
Custom-made orders are not returnable or exchangeable unless the product has physical or manufacturing defects.
§3. Complaints
The customer has the right to file a complaint in the event of physical or manufacturing defects in the product.
Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product by sending a notification to the following e-mail address: kontakt@sofluffy.pl or in writing to the company’s registered office.
Upon receipt of a complaint, the company undertakes to consider it within 14 working days and inform the customer of how it will be dealt with.
If the complaint is accepted, the company undertakes to repair the product free of charge.
§4. Withdrawal from the contract
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance or outside the company’s premises if the subject of the contract is a product made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).
